Remembering Stephen Thomas Nowak

Donation protected
On behalf of my family, it absolutely breaks my heart to announce my father, Stephen Nowak, went home to heaven on Sunday April 8, 2018. As  many of you know, my dad was an incredible man, husband and father with the biggest heart. He would give the shirt off of his own back to a complete stranger.  He meant so very much to his family and friends and has touched so many lives during his time with us.  There wasn't a place he would go that he was unknown, disliked or a story to always be told about him being one of the "good guys." His smile would always light up the room no matter what the situation was. His immense love and endless support for his wife is something every young man and woman could look to when it came to how a woman should be treated and what women should expect....Flowers and cards not just for  birthdays or holidays, but some days it was just because. With his hard working ethic, utmost dedication, love and endless support for his children, he  was an impeccable example of what  a wonderful father looks like. His endless number of friends he has all over St. Louis; some of which are grade school and high school buddies, just goes to show my dad was loved by so many people all his life and loved so many people himself too. I keep hearing how he was a "true" friend over and over from his friends. Some  of which  told me this years ago and dad is now with them again, in heaven, reliving those glory days of being a "true" friend.   Dad, we love you more than you will ever know. You will be missed by so, so many. We know you will always be there for us. We may not be able to see you or talk to you, but in our hearts we know you are there. Smiling like you always did. Until we meet again, "Here's looking at you kid." Love you dad. ***In lieu of flowers, we are asking for assistance with the funeral costs and/or any future medical bills via this fundraiser. My dad also asked that in lieu of flowers, you can make a donation to the Ronald McDonald House in his memory. Thank you so very much in advance for your kindness, support, and prayers during this extremely woeful and difficult time.*********
