Not sure how many of you know this, but last year I raced in the USA National Cross Triathlon and placed high enough to be invited to represent Team USA at the World Championships in Zittau, Germany the 2nd weekend of August.

Pretty cool.

Slightly less cool is the fact that, as an amateur athlete, I’m responsible for all of my race expenses, including travel, equipment, uniform, training instruction, and entry fees.

So…I’ve created this funding campaign to help with some of the costs. The plan is to fly into Dresden then travel a few hundred miles by train to Zittau with mountain bike and race gear in tow, all while hoping to get some pre-race rest when I can.

I’m extremely honored and excited to be representing The United States in this race and any financial assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you know anyone else who would be interested in helping out, please share the following link.
