Stephan Cem Agan's Death Investigation

Our cousin Stephan Cem Agan was hit while walking on GA 400 SB near Sidney Marcus Blvd. Saturday 12/21/2019 at 6:07 AM. How he ended up on the highway remains a mystery.
We know that at around 8 PM. on Friday 12/20/2019, Stephan ate dinner at his mother's house near Sandy Springs where he lived. He then went out to meet a new group of friends who his family never met.
His last post on Snapchat was a photo timestamped 1 AM. from the PBR Bar next to SunTrust Park at The Battery, which read "I don't really like bars tbh."
The bar closed at 2 AM and Stephan called his brother around 3 AM to ask what time he needed help moving in the morning.
His brother said "9 AM." Stephan said "OK I'll see you in the morning." and that was the last communication that we had with Stephan.
What happened between that call and police being called when he got hit is unknown, which is why we are seeking help from a private investigator and attorney.
Stephan drove a navy 2016 Nissan Rogue with tag CJM 8755.
