Step Change Studios: More Than Dance

Step Change Studios is an award-winning, innovative dance company committed to making dance accessible for everyone. Based in the UK, we offer fun, engaging dance opportunities for disabled people and people with long-term health conditions.

We support people of all ages and abilities. We support people to dance in a range of spaces and places including education, care, the arts, sport and leisure and the wider community.

What makes us different is that we always see possibility. We make things happen. We understand that what we do is about more than dance. Dance has a huge, positive impact on the mental and physical health of the people we support and brings people together.

Our work is primarily supported by grants so that we can provide free and affordable opportunities and reduce barriers to taking part. You can help us to support more people by donating to Step Change Studios. As little as £10 can help provide sensory equipment for a disabled child in class. £250 will support someone to attend a weekly class for one year. Aside from the small Go Fund Me transaction fee, your donation will go directly towards supporting disabled people to participate in dance.
