Stem cell treatment for two children with ASD

We are a family with two children diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder and we want to raise money for Stem Cell treatment at a clinic in Munich, Germany for both to improve their living. The first child is seven and a half years old, his name is Mihai and besides autistic spectrum disorder, he is a healthy and very happy child and affectionate with everyone around him. He has the specific tantrums from time to time associated with autistic children He is non-verbal and he has a general development and learning delay, he also walks on his tiptoes. At the moment he attends a special school for children with special needs since May 2020.
Adrian is our second child, he was born at thirty-six weeks on 28/01/2019 and one week and a half after birth he was diagnosed with auricular and ventricular septal defects at A&E Derby Hospital after we noticed at home that he struggles with feeding. He was Because he wasn't able to eat by himself, he had an NG tube inserted on 10/02/2019 to help him with his feeds which was changed to a PEG Tube on 21/09/2020(In all this time he was and still is assisted by a feeding pump). Because of ongoing health problems that we discovered later(Gastroesophageal reflux disease, Bifid uvula, Bronchomalacia with supernumerary bronchus, heart defects, and very often blue episodes associated with gastro reflux), he doesn't eat like a normal child would and we have a special milk diet prescribed by the doctors, he is quite small for his age and he has very poor mobility( we do physiotherapy with him at home). He had an open heart surgery on April 1st, 2019 to repair the heart which solved the ASD and VSD, but he still has a small problem with the blood flow in his heart.
After I researched online I found out that Stem Cell treatment is useful for children with autistic spectrum disorder and this is what we want to do for our children, we just want to make their life better and easier. I've been in contact with a clinic from Munich, Germany which said they can help me with this medical procedure for my kids. This fundraising will cover treatment costs and transport plus accommodation.
In the end, I want to thank from my heart for all the support and be safe in these difficult times!
