Stefan Townes study abroad expenses

My name is Alex Stalter and I am fundraising for my youngest brother, Stefan Townes.

In the fall of 2022, Stefan will be attending the University College Cork located in Cork, Ireland for a Master’s in Creative Writing. Over the last year, Stefan worked to win a competitive scholarship against many other international students. For more information about the university, please visit their website www.ucc.ie/en/.

Stefan has recently graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and English.

During his time at IU, Stefan had a work-study job at the largest library on campus. He won a spot at the REDI program through Rutgers University based out of New Jersey. The program focuses on bringing diversity into the field of writing and literature. He also wrote for the Indiana Daily Student in their Black Voices section.
