We help 16 - 19 year olds to develop self-awareness to see all their uniqueness and individual strengths through emotional intelligence & behaviour profiling. We have proven to build self-esteem, confidence and understand happiness, optimism and belonging. We do this through workshops, one to one coaching and supported with psychometric testing. We teach young people to set and achieve goals and to manage their emotional state.
Our team have years of experience volunteering with young people along with managing, recruiting and developing young people in a professional environment.
We started up a year ago and have been completely self-funded to date. We have developed an outline of an app to support young people on their self development and we are looking to fund this development into the market. The app will help young people to set personal and professional development goals and support them to achive them. It will be user specific based upon their own style and will allow for text and voice journaling. We go through these processes with our clients one to one but this will help us to reach so many more young people.
We would be immensley grateful for you support to help us build this app so that we can further boost the supports that we provide to young people and help us to help many more further afield. We have a very basic initial demo created but we need to bring in external services to help us to deliver the customer suitable app.
