Strummin' Up Some Change 4 Stanley

Early in the morning on Dec 2nd came as a total shock to all of us. The weekend leading up to Stanley's massive stroke he spent with my family in Matthews enjoying life. Little did we know that what we would find out that cold, dreary Tuesday morning. The "Stan" in the "Frank-N-Stan" band's life would change. He suffered from a massive right brain ischemic stroke and both carotid arteries (arteries in the neck that flow to the brain) were at 100% blockage as well as his middle cerebral artery in the right side of his brain. Over the period of 11 total days at Baptist Hospital in Winston, we were reminded of how lucky we were for "his condition" and we couldnt be more lucky to have him still with us today and the baby steps we have taken over the past 13 days. Stanley has a very long road to recovery and getting back to as normal as possible whatever that may be.
While we are very hopeful and optimistic, reality sets in and the bills keep coming. The holidays right around the corner dont make it any easier, for anyone. The future is uncertian and like everything in life, things take time. My mother has spent every moment in Winston by his side, driving an hour back and forth, missing work herself, eating on the go/hospital food and worrying how she was going to take care of Stanley, the house, the bills and everything else. 
We understand that times are tight for everyone, especially right now. Any donations that anyone could contribute to helping Stanley would be greatly appreciated.
