Standingrock Medical Supplies

Hello everyone,

Let me introduce myself. My name is Shaun and I am from the San Pasqual Indian reservation here in Valley Ctr., California. I have recently been to standing rock Sioux reservation in cannonball North Dakota to report on the continuing fight to stop the Dakota access pipeline that is going to go under the Missouri River and as most of you know if you have watched social media on this issue then you will understand why we are doing this fundraiser.

As I was up there volunteering and assisting the medical personnel that have graciously volunteered to help the injured water protectors that were injured on the front lines by the Morton County Sheriff Department and other agencies that were there to assist and to anyone in the main camps that have been set up for the protesters and Sioux elders and assisting them with any medical attention they needed.

While I was up there as one of the reporters to report on the police brutality against the unarmed and peaceful water protectors and on November 20, 2016. I was not a reporter that night I was one of the medical transport volunteers to assist the medical staff in getting the injured back to triage in the main, and I noticed that they desperately needed medical supplies to treat the wounded and I can tell you firsthand that I have never seen the injustice that these officers committed against unarmed peaceful protesters. I was devastated to say the least. On how many people were injured that night, so please if you can donate and help me to get their medical supplies and get back up there so that I could deliver the well-deserved supplies they need to these gracious medical volunteers that put themselves at risk when treating serious injuries at the front lines, so please take part and help me supply with medical supply so that I can buy what they need and take it back up there to the main medical tent that is set up for everyone.  I will be getting all medical supplies from my medic company and most of you know medical supplies are not cheap as I have to get them in bulk sizes.

So I want to take the time to thank each and everyone of you for helping me with this fundraiser to assist the standing rock Sioux nation and the medical volunteers in this continuing fight to stop the Dakota access pipeline and so remember they are not just doing it for themselves. They are doing it for the American people as well to save the waterways and drinking water that serve over 14 million people downriver. So thank you in your donations.
