If you know Hannah, you know she is the first person to show up when someone is hurting, needs encouragement, or needs prayer. Today, we have the opportunity to come alongside her and support her during an unexpected and difficult season.
On May 23, Hannah went to the ER for something completely unrelated. What seemed like a routine visit quickly turned into something much more serious when doctors discovered two large masses on her ovaries. In the days that followed, she underwent major surgery, including the removal of both masses and a full hysterectomy.
We have now received the pathology results, which confirmed that Hannah has Large B-Cell Lymphoma.
As we wait for additional pathology results and work through insurance challenges before chemotherapy can begin, Hannah is facing significant financial burdens. She is currently without a job and does not have health insurance. The costs of daily living, medications, gas for medical appointments, and other essential expenses are adding up quickly during a time when her focus needs to be on healing.
Despite the uncertainty, we have seen God's faithfulness every step of the way. From the unexpected discovery that led to an early diagnosis, to the incredible doctors and medical team He has provided, His hand has been evident throughout this journey. While this road is not one Hannah would have chosen, she trusts that God's plans are greater than her own and that He will continue to provide what is needed each day.
If you feel led, we would be deeply grateful for any financial support you can provide. No gift is too small, and every contribution will help ease the burden of medical and living expenses as Hannah prepares for treatment.
Most importantly, we ask that you join us in prayer. Please pray for wisdom for her medical team, successful treatment, provision for every need, peace in the waiting, and continued evidence of God's presence and faithfulness throughout this journey.
Thank you for loving Hannah, standing with her, and being part of the community carrying her through this season.
