Tyler  Andachter's life drastically changed on July 21, 2017.  In the morning hours of that Friday he was getting ready for work when his house caught on fire. He was able to make it out of the burning house but he was severely hurt. His body was 60% burned and 20% are 3rd degree burns.  

Tyler is looking at a 60 to 90 day hospital stay if not longer. He will have many surgeries and lots of therapy.  His road to recovery will continue when he is released from the hospital. He will be facing many months to years of therapy for his recovery. 

There is nothing left of the house. The family was not able to salvage anything.  When he gets out of the hospital he will need a bed, clothes, shoes, etc. This will put a financial burden on the family on top of the medical and therapy expenses. 

Tyler is an outgoing loveable person. He loves to hang out with friends, enjoys the outdoors, and loves to listen to music. He has a 5 year old daughter that is his pride and joy.  He loves teaching her new things.  The #TylerStrong campaign is intended to help the family with the future medical expenses and help Tyler get the things he needs when he gets out of the hospital.
