Lopez Family, Hurricane Relief Fund

As you have already heard, Hurrican Harvey has had an devastating impact on the Houston metro area. I am starting this page raising funds for a close friend and fellow parent at my children's school Harmony School of Achievement, Irma Lopez and her family.

The Lopez's home and their parent's home is close to the Addicks Reservoir in Northwest Houston.
When the reservoir started backing up, their home was quickly filled with water on Monday. They were forced to leave their homes quickly with just the clothes on their backs. Irma, her husband, two girls, parents, and dogs made it out safely, but with nothing but the clothes they were wearing. When they tried to return to their home today, to collect anything they salvageable, the water was at the roof. This family is in desperate need of any help you can give.

The funds raised will support some of their immediate needs in the aftermath of the flooding from Hurricane Harvey, such as clothing, food supplies, housing, and anything. This money will go directly to the family as the beneficiary of the account. Irma has given a lot to our community, please give whatever you can for her and her family!!
