Stan Kuczynski Medical Fund

Some of you know, many of you don't but our friend Stan has been in the hospital for the past 22 days.  He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital on 12/12 and admitted to the ICU with pneumonia.  He spent 12 days in the ICU with 2 different staph infections in his lungs and was put on a ventilator to breathe for a portion of that time.  On Christmas Eve he was moved from the ICU to a regular room where he still is today.  We are hoping to have him transferred into a rehab facility sometime soon but once he is we anticipate he could be there for several weeks.  Recovery may be long so it might be quite some time before he is back up and running. He is self employed so being in the hospital means he isn't working and doesn't have any type of disability coverage. There is no income coming right now.  As the medical bills are piling up he also still has personal bills that need paid.  I know he is too proud of a man to ask so I am...Can you please donate and help our friend?  All funds will go directly to paying medical bills or bills needed to keep him afloat during recovery (rent, insurance, car payments, etc).
