Stage (4) cancer expenses

I was diagnosed in December 2017 with stage (4) lung cancer. I was given 12 to 18 months and as of February 2019 have decided to stop treatments, because of losing wait and being very week. In 2018, I traveled 15,000 miles for treatments and attempted to make all medical payments. Coming from a town of less than 2,000 population, it seems everyone that has cancer has a benefit.  I am too proud to ask for a group type benefit; however, do need help with medical bills and the near future final expenses. This would be the last thing I would think of asking for assistance; however, just found out last night there is just another fund raiser being planned for someone else in town with stage (4) cancer. As a proud individual and trying to deal with this myself, I am now at a point where some assistance would be helpful.  If I a able to raise the funds this would be one less thing I need my family to be concerned about.
