Stack Farm and Food Co is buying a FOOD TRUCK! We have long been wanting to take our food business to the next level, reach a larger and more diverse audience, and continue serving amazing folks (like you!) the same incredible food we always have-just more often and in new places! We are extremely close to making this an actual reality and we are hoping you'll join us in this truly exciting endeavor.
A bit about the food truck: we've found a once in a lifetime 1968 Airstream Trailer that's been completely renovated and refurbished to be an amazing, working, certified kitchen....on wheels! This food truck is a unique, hip, and attractive trailer that not only serves as a kitchen but also as a marketing tool that will set us apart from all other food trucks.
Your donation of ANY amount will help us kick off a bright food future full of elegantly catered Weddings, rustic and delicious On Farm Dinners, Local Pop-ups, an attendance at a variety of Wisconsin Food Festivals...you name it, we will bring the food truck! Your donation of ANY amount will also help cover start-up expenses that expedite making the food truck our own- inside and out!
At Stack Farm and Food Co., we raise our young family (Sarah Joy 8, Seiler 6, Samuel 3, and baby Seine 3 mo.) on a 17 acre farm in central Wisconsin. Our farm and business is located in Marquette county, Wisconsin, a low income and rural county where we reach a limited number of people. Our hope is to expand our food business in order to provide a restaurant experience in an area of the state where it's needed, and in addition to this, we hope to be more prosperous and more connected to our neighboring communities and across the state.
Our farm and catering company's goals are three-pronged: FIRST, we aim to produce exceptional, extraordinary products both in taste and in nutrition. People should and do notice a difference in the quality of the products we grow, raise, and cook. We use this same philosophy in our food- simple, honest and delicious. SECOND, we use our products and food in the greater goal of restoring and adding to what is around us from the soil, our land, and our local ecosystem, to our local rural community. By committing our mission to this, and also by stringently sourcing from other farms and producers who we can see fulfill the same mission; when people purchase food from us they support our greater community and ecosystem. THIRD, we simply aim to restore pride in the beauty and diversity that is our culture- through food.
