End Stage Renal Disease

Hi, my name is David Fitch.  I am a lifelong resident of LaGrange, Ga.  Last August  I was hospitalized with shortness of breath, it was at that time it was discovered that I was in Stage 4 kidney failure.  In September I found out at that point I was in ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) and started dialysis.  I worked until March of this year at that point I could no longer continue to work.  I have applied for Disability but right now I am in month 5 of no income.  With the help of my family I have been able to have my living situation sorted but I still need help with my medical and day to day expenses.  I would appreciate any and all help you could give.  Thank you for taking the time to read my story!!!
