Tommi Simonson Surgery Fund

Dear gofundme family, thank you for this opportunity to express our special wishes for our friend Tommi Simonson.

Tommi has osteo arthritis in her left hip and requires immediate hip replacement surgery. Without the surgery, Tommi will not be able to provide a living for her family and will continue to live with severe debilitating pain.

Tommi has owned her cleaning business for more than 20 years, and it is becoming extremely difficult to continue the workload her job demands. With the help of her children, friends and many prayers, we hope to see Tommi healthy, happy and working again pain-free to support her family and live a full life.

What we love the most about Tommi is her tenacity to serve others despite her pain. A single mom of three beautiful children, Tommi is a constant reminder of generosity, courage strength and love, always willing to help those in need despite her physical pain.

Our goal is to help raise is $10,000. All of which will be used to pay the co-pay deductible and other expenses for the surgery scheduled at Emory Orthopedic Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

Tommi's family and friends are working together to help raise the funds for her surgery that is scheduled in September 2012.
