Squirrel Invasion !!!!!!!

We are under attack by squirrels! When I bought my first home 4 years I knew it was a fixer upper. however, after the closing I ran into many problems. First I took out an extra loan to replace a water heater 3 months into living here. One year later, we went an entire winter with no heat due to a 30 yr old furnace breaking down, which I took out another loan for. Now that I am still paying on them loans, I am unable to take out anything else, even through my neighborhood association.
I have a newborn grandchild living in my home and it has become a health hazard for the amount of squirrels in our attic. Last week, a squirrel mysteriously ended up in the house and my daughter had to leave with her baby. A few days ago, a squirrel chewed through a ceiling fan wire and the ceiling fan fell. When I spoke to an electrician about it, they told me that the squirrels could possibly chew through all of my wiring, which could end up being a $20k-50k issue.
I do not have the money to fix the issue. I have had two different contractors look at it and they have told me that I will need to have a complete fascia re-haul.
If this work is not done soon, my home could be condemned. I am a single mother of three who works very, very hard. If I had the money, I would get this work done immediately however, because of the extra loans I pay now, my inability to receive public assistance due to my income, I find it very difficult to pay the bills I have, let alone supply my family with the adequate amount of groceries to sustain us until the next paycheck.
