Squash Trip To Argentina

In May, Chris and I, Freddy Hernandez traveled to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to officially try out for the national squash team in a weekend-long tournament, and with a few five- game thrillers and Miguel Rodriguez-ish dives, we solidified our spots on the Dominican Republic National Squash Team. We now have the special opportunity to represent the Dominican Republic at the 27th Pan American Squash Championships being held at the Tortugas Country Club in Buenos Aires, Argentina from September 2-9, 2017.
With opportunity comes obstacles to overcome; and for us, unfortunately, the obstacle we are currently faced is funding our trip to Buenos Aires, which has led us to reach out to our friends, family and squash supporters in an effort to fundraise.
With your help, this trip will become a reality, and it will also give us a chance to qualify for the 2018 Pan American Games in Peru, which would be an absolute privilege!
A mentor to us both, long-time supporter of Citysquash, and mutual friend to us all, who wishes to remain anonymous has committed the total of $3,000 in matching to defray the cost of this extraordinary opportunity, if we can raise the same amount through you. Any contribution towards our trip would be very much appreciated.

Cost of two (2) round trip flights to Buenos Aires, Argentina: $2,500
Membership Fee for the Pan American Squash Federation per team: $1,000
Tournament Entry Fee per team: $2,000
Covers accommodation, and transportation to and from the courts.
Total Cost: $5,500
