Spydee's double knee surgery

Spyder has gone 2-3 yrs now with his very bad knee's & living on pain medication. That is not good for him to keep living on.
So I have to make a very hard decision if I can not come up with the money for him to have surgery. If you wonder why ? It's because I want him to have a better quality of life!! I have had knee replacement surgery on both of mine so I know the pain it causes. I am not going to allow my Awesome Best Friend to live in pain.
So please if you can help Spydee at all he will be the Happiest Little Best Friend Ever !
With all this crap going on in the county right now this is something special & very personal & all I can ask is PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS SURGERY FOR MY BEST FRIEND SO WE CAN WALK TOGETHER AGAIN !!!
