Spring Forward Challenge 2023

East Kent Mencap's Spring Forward Challenge raises money for people with a learning disability to achieve the things they want out of life.

People who use our services are setting themselves a challenge of their choice to try out something new. Every challenge is unique, in recognition and celebration of each individual who is taking part. Each challenge encourages the learning of new skills, building confidence and of course, have fun along the way.

The challenges start from 1 April 2023.

Every penny raised will go towards a wider programme of activities for people with a learning disability in East Kent to enjoy.
