Spider bite in Cambodia

Hello everyone.
Please I need help.
I went on holiday to Cambodia where I was bitten by a spider which left me 8 Month unable to walk and unable to leave my bed.
Due to high medical costs and medicans my money has now drained away and I am unable to pay my 300$ a month visa overstay and impossible for me to pay for a flight home.
My situation is so bad the national press published my story in an effort to help me,so you can be sure what I say is the truth.
Please I need what ever help you can give me but I can only say thank you.
