Spende für Krebsoperation in Nicaragua der Tante

Liebe Mitmenschen, 
ich melde mich hier im Namen meiner gesamten Familie, um auf Ihre Mithilfe zu hoffen.
Meine Familie kommt ursprünglich aus Nicaragua, ein wunderschönes Land in Mittelamerika. Leider befindet sich das Land seit April 2018 in politischer Unzufriedenheit, was dazu geführt hat, das viele Menschen ihre Arbeit verloren haben und somit die Existenz meistens am Limit liegt. So erging es zum Teil auch meiner eigenen Familie. 

Dieses Jahr hat leider auf der ganzen Welt nicht gut begonnen und auch hier in Deutschland merken wir schnell, dass wir schneller an unser Limit kommen können, als gedacht. Nichtsdestotrotz sind wir hier mehr oder weniger sicher und unser Gesundheitssystem funktioniert gut. Wir sind versichert und wissen uns zu helfen. 

Leider ist in diesem schwierigen Jahr die Tante meiner Mutter, Tia Berna Miranda Jaime, an Darmkrebs erkrankt. Sie lebt in Nicaragua und lebt von einer sehr niedriger Rente und ohne Krankenversicherung, wie so viele im Land. Der Tumor ist groß und müsste schnellstmöglich operiert werden. Sie würde durch eine überlebenswichtige Operation gut weiterbehandelt werden können, aber leider fehlt dazu das Geld. 
Niemand auf der Welt sollte aufgrund von Geld sein leben verlieren und deshalb appelliere ich an Ihr gutes Herz und hoffe, dass Sie uns helfen können!

10.000€ würden für die Operation, den Krankenhausaufenthalt und der weiteren medizinischen Versorgung benötigt werden. Da wir das Geld in so kurzer Zeit nicht alleine zusammenbekommen, hoffe ich auf Ihre Mithilfe!

La Familia de Berna Miranda Jaime, apela a su buen corazón con cualquier aporte que nos puedan dar para que se pueda realizar la cirugía que le salvaría su vida, ya que actualmente se le diagnostico un cáncer de colon que amaneza con crear una obstrucción intestinal y con acabar con su vida. El medico solo nos dio 10 días para recoger la cantidad de $10,000 que incluyen hospitalización y gastos medicos, nos dan tan poco tiempo porque el tumor es muy grande y esta muy cerca de crear complicaciones. Sabemos que son momentos duros, pero apelamos a su generosidad para poder salvar su vida. Dios les bendiga por cada aporte desde el mas pequeño hasta el mas grande, y tengan seguro que el mismo les recompensara enormemente. I'm here on behalf of my entire family, hoping for your cooperation.
My family is originally from Nicaragua, a beautiful country in Central America. Unfortunately, since April 2018, the country has been in political discontent, which has led to many people losing their jobs and their livelihoods being at their limit. This is also what happened to my own family.

Unfortunately, this year has not started well all over the world and here in Germany we also realize that we can reach our limit faster than we thought. Nevertheless, we are more or less safe here and our health system works well. We are insured and know how to help ourselves.
Unfortunately, in this difficult year, my mother's aunt, Tia Berna Miranda Jaime, fell ill with colon cancer. She lives in Nicaragua and lives on a very low pension and without health insurance, like so many in the country. The tumor is large and would need surgery as soon as possible. She would be well treated by a surgery that is vital for her survival, but unfortunately there is no money for it.
Nobody in the world should lose his life because of money and therefore I appeal to your good heart and hope that you can help us!

10.000€ would be needed for the operation, the hospital stay and further medical care. Since we cannot raise the money in such a short time alone, I hope for your help!
