Spencer's Heart Surgery & Expenses

Hello! My name is Brittany and I am posting hoping to help my best friend and her husband with the expenses of their little man's heart surgery in Edmonton on September 15th. Jericho and Colby are two of the nicest people I have met in my life, and amazing parents to almost 2 year old Noah, and 1 month old Spencer.

Little man Spencer Kaiven Jaques was born on July 17th 2017 at 12:41PM- 7lbs 7Oz by C-section. Spencer was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot a few months before birth. The doctors assesed Spencer at birth and he was doing better than expected, they said he could wait 4-6 months before he would have to go for surgery to put a patch in his heart. Spencer is now just over a month old and Jericho and Colby have just recieved news that he is being sent for surgery a little sooner than planned. The closest place to have this surgery done is in Edmonton, which is well over an 8 hour trip one way from where we live. Ontop of the lengthy trip to Edmonton, Spencer will have to stay in Edmonton for at least a couple weeks.(Possibly longer if any problems arise) Ontop of this, Ronald Mcdonald house in Edmonton is currently full, and will likely be for the time they are staying there. Funds raised will go towards hotels, food, gas, and any other related expense that this amazing family will need while they are away from home.
