Speciallady Awareness

Speciallady Awareness was established after the founder Elizabeth Amoaa experienced a long history of health uncertainty which ended up in multiple surgeries and complications.
She set up Speciallady Awareness to raise awareness on gynaecological conditions, combat menstrual poverty and gender bais in healthcare. 
She believes that an early diagnosis and awareness on these conditions could have prevented the complications and the multiple surgeries she suffered. 
This is why she continue to visit educational establishments and communities to carry out outreach activities. 
She visits Ghana her birth country regularly. She has previously donated sanitary towels, medical supplies and books worth thousands of pounds. 
Many young girls and women in rural areas of Ghana lack access to sanitary products, healthcare and have little knowledge on menstruation and gynaecological conditions. 

In April 2021, she intend to carry out more outreach activities in various Regions in Ghana. 
She would be grateful for your support towards this charity trip. 
Her mission is to be able to reach out to women and girls globally to share her story and empower them. 
Also, provide support for these women and girls.
