Special Trips for Special Kids

Each year Experience Physical Activity hosts physical activity summer camps for children with diverse abilities and needs. The camps are meant to promote social skills, fitness and skill development as well as fostering friendships and community in the local region. 

This is our fourth year running summer camp and camper enrolment is increasing. In order to sustain quality programs with high engagement, we have taken the intitivae to rent a school bus for our summer camp trips. Weekly trips include: splash pad Tuesdays, Swimming Wednesdays and Beach Fridays.

As a not for profit organization , we would like to ask our fellow community to help raise funds for the cost of the bus so campers are afforded opportunities to have a fun summer filled with a variety of experiences. The bus company we use is Student First in Welland, ON. The total cost is 5,000. Since our summer camps have already started, we currently are seeking the funds asap!
