Southern Fried Vegan Needs Help to Survive

Hello friends. We are hoping you are happy and well in these uncertain times. It is with a heavy heart that we are posting this. Southern Fried Vegan started 13 years ago as the first 100% Vegan Hot Food Vendor in Southern California. In addition to Vegfests throughout the country our resume includes 8 years at Coachella (longer than any other Vegan vendor) plus fundraising for animal rescue organizations everywhere we go. Since the vegan scene in SoCal started to boom we hit the road to feed communities all over the United States who lack good options. Our future plans include (hopefully) continuing to tour/feed the country and open permanent locations when possible.
That being said, we have not received any SBA or stimulus help. We're also missing thousands of dollars from events we did through brownpapertickets that we will not be getting due to irresponsible financial decisions on their part. That has put us in a very dire situation. Our crew have no income and we have storage units filled with booths/equipment throughout the country that have rent due every month.
Given that the very nature of our business requires large crowds to be most successful, we're currently not seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. We are going to try some limited ticketed events but aside from those being barely profitable, those are especially untrustworthy now due to our brownpapertickets experience.
We understand everyone is suffering in various degrees and also know if you can't donate we are asking to at least share this if you would. We are trying to hit a goal of $4,000 so we can figure out how to move forward and afford to make it happen. Thank you so very much and we appreciate each one of you!
