The Center for Religion at Quinnipiac University is hosting a charity rugby match with New Blue Rugby, a men's division II club rugby team comprised of QU students, facing off Southern Connecticut State University.
This match is to raise funds for the Divine Mercy International Widows & Orphans Organization, a nonprofit organization of children of God who work through advocacy and fund-raising to bring relief, education, and self-sufficiency to the poor and oppressed widows and orphans of Obike, Nigeria.
All donations will be given to the DMIWOO to build a medical center in Nigeria.
