Help Sophie get the private treatment she needs

Hi Everyone, my name is Becci, Between me and my friend Tank Sherman, we have set up this page for our very good friend Sophie Woliter.

I first met Sophie 12 years ago when she started working at the Templestowe Hotel. She then met her partner there and they went on to have there gorgeous daughter Adelaide who will be starting school this September. We became the best of friends and we’ve got loads of fun memories together. Unfortunatly Sophie got diagnosed with an aggressive Cancer last year and we are currently helping her raise the money to go private in London.

In March 2023, Sophie started feeling unwell and experiencing pain. Doctors discovered polyps on her bowel, which were thankfully benign, but sadly, treatment led to the loss of her unborn baby and triggered PTSD.

Then, in October, she received the devastating news of bowel and liver cancer. It's been a tough journey.

Despite intense chemotherapy and radiotherapy, Sophie and Lewis faced another blow: she has a BRAF mutation gene, and the cancer has spread to her spine. Doctors had given her just 6 months to live without any treatment, but hopefully with the right treatment they can prolong her life.

But Sophie isn't giving up. The Royal Marsden Hospital in London offers hope, but it's costly, with phone consultations and visits. That's why we're reaching out for your support.
