The Hayes family has received numerous texts, emails, and calls asking how to help— and is overwhelmed by your outpouring of love and support.
This campaign has been created to help the family send our beloved Sonia home. It is a communal way to support Sonia’s immediate family as they come to terms with tremendous loss.
Sonia "Pinky" Hayes loved her family and her community. She is survived by her 5 children and 14 grandchildren that she loved and for whom she would do anything for their wellbeing and happiness. She fought as long and as hard as she could in her battle with cancer. Through it all, Sonia never complained. She will be remembered as a fighter with a big heart, who would help anyone— in any way— that she could.
