Son Fighting Stage 4 Colon Cancer

My son has been fighting colon cancer for 3 1/2 years, his only hope for a cure is a HIPEC operation in Washington DC with Dr. Sugarbaker the creator. He is scheduled for August 3, 2017 but needs to file an appeal with the insurance company which cost minimum $2000.00. We are all State of Georgia employees and do not have spare funds for the appeal or the trip and stay. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if you are unable to give funds, please give prayers.
