Mandi Sommer Memorial Fund

This is a memorial fundraiser for Mandi Sommer. I am writing this on behalf of Mandi's husband and immediate family.

Mandi sadly passed on 2/5/22 after a long battle with Chronic Pancreatitis. She was only 29 and left behind her loving husband, Travis Sommer, and two young children, Raven (9) and Jasper (6).

Mandi was a resilient young woman who had overcome many struggles in her life. When she was 6, she entered the foster care system after enduring many traumas as a little girl. She then spent two years bouncing between different foster homes. Finally, Mandi found her forever family when she was 8 years old and was adopted officially in 2006. As she reached adulthood, Mandi met Travis; they married and had Raven and Jasper. Her family meant the world to Mandi and her sudden passing has been devasting for them.

Although Mandi suffered from Chronic Pancreatitis, her passing was sudden and has left her immediate family with additional financial burdens that they were not expecting. Additionally, Jasper had a stroke in utero and suffers from medical issues that continue to be a struggle for the family.

It is always devasting when anyone passes suddenly, especially when someone was so young and had so much life left to live. Mandi's extended family hopes that this fundraiser can help relieve some of the financial burdens for Travis and the kids and contribute to a proper memorial to honor Mandi's life.

Any contribution is helpful and will go entirely to Travis and the kids for expenses. We appreciate your contribution and prayers during this difficult time.
