Solar light bulbs For Puerto Rico

The island of Puerto Rico has been hit with a devastating blow and there will be no power or running water or communication for a long time.  I'm trying to send portable solar light bulbs so that people in our neighborhood will have some lighting while the outage continues  for weeks,  there's no idea how long they'll be without power.  Not having power mean there will not be a store open and able to buy replacement batteries. This portable solar light bulbs is the best way for them not to worry about recharging the lightbulbs .
