Sofia Vega's (Brain) Neuro Recovery

It is always hard to come forward in such difficult times.... but we find ourselves with this reality. Unfortunately, Sofia Vega and her father suffered a severe accident Thursday Aug. 23. Sofia sufferend severe head (neurological) injuries and trauma. She went into brain surgery maybe an hour or so after the accident. Part of her skull has been removed. Doctor's adviced that she would not make it through the night. However, it has been a couple of days but Sofia continues to battle and fight for her life and remains uncontious.
Sofia is 20 years old and her dream is to be the best international business administrator while attending Loyola University in Chicago, where she alone struggled to get her scholarships with being such a bright straight A student and with great academic history Sofia was granted this opportunity. Sofia was to begin her 3rd semester studies in Rome next week, something she was amazingly excited. Sofia was also granted this opportunity due to her amazing academic brilliance. For those of us who know her you understand how amazing this girl is, how smart, how educated, polite and most of all kind.
However, as tragedy has struck her and her family we ask for your donations at this time. Please know that the funds raised through this campaign will help releif the family from all travel expenses and costs and anything related to Sofias needs at this time where she finds herself in severe critical condition at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Michigan.
Due to Sofia's physical condition the family has opted out of posting her current picture, please understand.

Siempre es dificil moverse a si a delante en estas circumstancias. .. Desafortunadamente se encuentra Sofia Vega y su papa en esta realidad. Los dos tubieron un accidente traumatico.
Sofia sufrio golpes cranial y trauma neurologica. A sofia la operaron una hora o poquito mas despues de el accidente de su cabeza ya que sufrio estos golpes. A sofia le removieron una parte de su cranio. Los doctores avisaron que Sofia no pasaria la noche .. pero como vemos ya tiene dos dias que aun ella sigue luchando fuerte por su vida igual que su familia a su lado pero Sofia sigue inconciente y muy delicada. Nuestras oraciones estan con ellos.
Sofia una joven de 20 años tiene el sueño de ser la mejor administradora de empresas internacionales mientras ejerce su carrera en Loyola University en Chicago. Sofia tan brillante y talentosa logro ganarse sus becas para estudiar en este instituto. La semana que entra Sofia se suponia viajaria a Roma a estudiar su tercer semestre de carrera y estaba super emocionada por este logro por los que venian y por los que ya abia logrado ponerla en este lugar. Los que la conocemos sabemos de su talento y la gran estrella que es Sofia, lo inteligente, lo educada y lo buena gente que es con todo mundo.
Desafortunadamente, esta tragedia llego. Por ahora les pedimos que se unan con sus coperaciones. Los fondos de esta campaña seran para el uso de la familia inmediata con gastos de viaje y cual quier otros gastos que se estan generando en relacion a Sofia que se encuentra en Genesys Regional Medical Center en Michigan.
