Snowdrop Suite - Burton Queens Hospital

Hello all,

Some of you know, some of you may not know, but Leonie and I recently went through a highly traumatic experience that no one should ever have to go through.

On January the 14th Leonie gave birth to our still born son, Oscar. The sadness and emotional rollercoaster we’ve been on, and still are on, has been nothing short of a nightmare and unfortunately it’s something that will never truly disappear. He was and always will be a huge part of both our lives and we want to cherish his memory.

With that being said, I’m looking to host a charity rugby match to fund raise for the ‘snowdrop’ suite where Oscar was born. This suite is designated to people who are in similar a similar situation to what Leonie and I were in.

Without their around the clock support and overwhelming love and care, the experience would’ve been a completely different kettle of fish and even more unpleasant than it already was, so for that we’re eternally grateful for.

I’ve created this page for people who won’t be able to make the event, but still want to show their support by donating through this platform. Because it’s not necessarily a registered charity, this was the only way we can ensure the money goes to the right department!
