Snow Damage Repairs - TAHOE WINTER Relief!

I am a 30-year Tahoe Local and a new-ish homeowner. As you know, this year's snowfall in Lake Tahoe has been record-breaking, which means LOTS of pileup! Last night I looked up and saw my greatest fear, a leak/hole in the ceiling drywall. Now a running crack from the ceiling to the kitchen window...

My insurance deductible is $2K and I live paycheck to paycheck. I am struggling to get someone to shovel off the roof and then handle repairs...

My roommate and I are both disabled, so climbing up there ourselves is not an option. I just need help covering the deductible and cost of snow removal.

My parents helped me acquire this home seven years ago. They were usually the ones to help out in this kind of issue but mom passed last year and dad's in memory care and my family isn't there for me as they were.

This snow is beyond my means, ANY help is appreciated!
