Smokies Road to Recovery

Hello everyone, our loving black lab Smokie is currently suffering from a broken leg after falling down the stairs. Smoke, despite his age, is a healthy, lacrosse ball loving lab who we hate to see suffer. After a couple of x-rays the doctors told us that Smoke’s injuries are too extreme to fix with a simple cast so we were given two options: 1) We take him for surgery which is pretty costly or 2) we put him down... Smoke is truly a member of our family and we would hate to see him go so soon. Our family would much rather choose the first option of taking him for surgery rather than putting him down because of a broken leg... Any amount of money would be greatly appreciated from our family and Smoke!
