Smartphone App for Women's Safety

I'm working on a project that will help evolve women's safety. It is a conceptualised smartphone app which is now going into the development stage. I am working with developers to get a prototype up and running by the end of the summer. The cost of design and development of the prototype is expected to be around $10,000.The concept for the app has been endorsed by a couple of Canadian anti-violence organizations. Once available for public use, the app has the potential to be a useful tool for women's rights and safety.
