Smack’s chicken shack

Hi, my name is Keenen Hendricks I’m the chef and owner of a food pop up called Smackerel. We are a food business that pops up all over San Antonio Texas selling really large fried chicken sandwiches. Our menu is constantly changing with tons of different flavors as well as we have our staple items such as our Nashville hot, chicken katsu, and lemon pepper. We are currently in the stages of expanding and taking our pop up business to the next level with a food trailer. We have raised $8000 on our own and looking to raise another $8000 with yalls help! The funds we are currently trying to raise will be used to finish the remodeling of the trailer, help get it registered and up to date with stickers for the city.
