SLEEP TRAILERS FOR HOMELESS SHELTERS

We believe everyone deserves to have a safe place to sleep at night! which is why we have made it our goal to ensure there is "bed for every head"

We need help to build beds so that we can then lease to shelters that need to increase their bed capacity. The beauty of Sleep Trailers is that it gives people safety and their own space to exist and keep their belongings and themselves safe at night. It provides peace of mind to leave their belongings during the day as they seek to take the next steps in life towards more independence.  It accomplishes all this while also taking up a very small footprint (for the number of people it helps) making it possible to be used in more locations, and giving added flexibility if they need to be moved to a different spot. We are hoping to lease to shelters for 5k/year which is about $1.72 per bed per day. This also helps us so that we can continue building more beds long into the future until there is a bed for every head. To make this possible we need your help raising funds to purchase the first of our fleet. 
 
Getting a goodnight's sleep and having a space where people can feel safe has real potential in helping people break the cycle of homelessness as they take steps towards the future. Studies have shown that the housing first approach has a much higher rate of success getting people back into permanent housing. We have shelters interested in leasing now all we have to do is build the first of our fleet so that we have shelters to use.
