Skyler's Funeral Fund

Hi. My name is Ashley. I’m raising money for my cousin Skyler’s funeral. After Thanksgiving dinner my cousin, Skyler, went for a walk. A drunk driver hit him and fled the scene. He was a senior in high school, about to graduate. All the money is going to funeral cost and anything else my family needs at this time. We are forever grateful for anything you give us.

This Go Fund Me account was set up by Ashley Gutierrez who is Skyler's cousin. It will be managed by Kimberli Gutierrez, who is Skyler's aunt. The funds will be used first for funeral expenses. These expenses include the funeral itself, obituaries in papers, and expenses incurred with visiting family. The funds will also be used for Rachelle, Skyler's mom, to be able to have some time to grieve. Since her job doesn't have bereavement leave, and she's a single mom, she will need the extra money for rent and food.
