Skooliepalooza Documentary

Donation protected
Skooliepalooza is a relatively new annual event (2020 will be #4) designed specifically for those who travel and/or live in a converted bus (a Skoolie)  in the USA.  This will be the first year that it is held as a separate, unique, week long gathering in Arizona.  In the past it was closely related to the RTR (Rubber Tramp Rally) group function.

As full time Skoolie life people, we would like to tell the stories of all who choose this lifestyle.  By creating a full length documentary (or series) we hope to show the how, why, where, and what that is important for those of us who choose to spend our lives this way.

We would like to address the good, bad, and ugly.  The ups and downs.  The attitudes of lifers vs. the general public, family, and traditional RVers.  The costs, styles, personalities, and day-to-day experiences that create our version of the American Dream.

We would also like to discuss all of the questions we run into during our travels and what concerns the general public seems to have that keep them from pursuing this lot in life.  Additionally, we hope to address where we, as a group, see our future headed.

We will provide stories, anecdotes, warnings, lessons, and more from those who are both veterans and newly initiated.  All donors will receive full credit at the end of the documentary unless requesting anonymity.
