Skadi's top surgery (MTF Transgender)

I've been transitioning for a few ears now and have just reached my 1.5 year mark in hormone replacement. Due to a lack of trans-friendly insurance, I cannot afford any surgeries that will help me achieve a better quality of life and healthier mental state. I'm reaching out to the good people of this site in hope for any help I can find. Currently I am using homemade rice bags, though this prevents me from doing anything (such as swimming) that will ruin my passability. Though this helped for a while, it has quickly just become a reminder that surgery is my only real way to find self love in life. Yes, I work full time, though being 20 means it's difficult to find much that pays more than minimum wage. That money must go to bills and hormones, so sadly I hardly am able to put anything back for this surgery. I'm hoping that this will help solve that issue. Please, every penny helps. Thank you.
