Six Kittens Rescue

Mission Statement
Six Kittens Rescue is an all-volunteer organization committed to reducing the homeless, abandoned, and abused cat population in Brazos County.  We strive to educate citizens on the spread of preventable diseases in cats and the proper care with emphasis on spaying and neutering.  We humanely trap feral cats and kittens in order to medically evaluate them and find them loving forever homes.

We value education, adoption, and the humane humane treatment of all felines.

We need your help to raise money while our non-profit status is processing.

Most of the money raised goes to the medical treatment of every cat and kitten we help.  A small portion of the money raised will go to essentials (food and litter) for the kittens in foster care.

Long-Term Goals
-Reduce the feral cat population in Brazos County.
-Re-home homeless feral cats to barn properties in search of barn cats.
-Educate Brazos County on the importance of spaying/neutering and testing for FIV/FeLV.

To date, we have spayed 6 cats and neutered 5 cats in the Downtown Bryan area.  We have found homes for 14 kittens and still have 9 in foster care.

We also have an abused dog in our foster care now.  She was found severely underweight, dehydrated, with mange, and looked to have been abused (possibly had acid or some other corrosive material poured on her).
