Hello! We are friends of Sister Maria Angeline Weiss, the beloved third grade teacher at the School of Saint Elizabeth in Bernardsville, NJ. Last year Sister was sent to Uruguay/Argentina on a mission trip.
Mission Mallinckrodt is a mission trip taken each year by the juniors and seniors at Colegio Mallinckrodt in Buenos Aires. The trip takes place over eight days and starts with the students taking a twelve hour bus ride to the most rural regions of Argentina to bring aid to the poorest of the poor. They deliver supplies and work with doctor volunteers to provide free examinations and medical care. Everyday the students walk to surrounding towns and deliver catechism classes to the children. It is a challenging mission and requires the missionairies to forgo all of the usual conveniences and comforts of home. Sister Maria Angeline was deeply touched by the experience of her mission last year and would love to go again this July. Would you like to help us send her?
Our goal is to raise $1,500.00 to cover her round trip transportation costs. Anything that we raise over that amount will be used to purchase supplies for the mission. Thank you for your kindness and for helping us spread God's love to those less fortunate.
