Help Sir Rodz

I am initiating this fundraising to help Roderick Ortega, a former classmate whom I admired from the very start for his determination and spirit of positivity. He is afflicted with Olivopontocerebellar Atrophy, a rare kind of neurodegenerative disease.

After we graduated in college, he opted to stay in the Philippines and became a professor who tirelessly hone students to become excellent and successful nurses. From the start, teaching has always been his passion.  He finished Cum Laude when he took his Master's in Nursing. Aside from that, he is a good friend, a loving brother, an approachable uncle and a helpful son. And despite what he's been into, he still continues to inspire and to motivate people.

The money which will be raised from this campaign will be used for his therapy and medications.
