Sir Winslow struggles for his life

Fellow animal lovers we need your help! My sister from another mister is experiencing extreme heartache and hardship.
Her beautiful little man, Sir Winslow put himself in harm's way by getting between his sister, his human mom and another dog on August 22nd 2018, resulting in catastrophic physical harm. Warning: the following images will be graphic but are needed to show what he has and is still enduring. His chest is a wide open wound incapable of closing due to extreme tissue loss, bruising, and MRSA infection.
What was originally thought to be a simple wound closure, turned into a flap procedure that failed, a skin graph that failed, and currently, sewn in Velcro to his skin to stretch what flesh he has left to approximate the ends. This is another attempt at closure while fighting the ongoing infection. This last procedure was performed October 4th 2018.
Not to mention DAILY injections as well as a trip to the vet every other day for painful bandage changes.
The original estimate of the first procedure was approx. $3000, and currently the bill is at $7100 and climbing (which does not include Oct. 4th's procedure and any follow up visits)
I can not imagine the daily pain and stress for all involved.
Please, we need your help! look in your heart, imagine for a moment it was your baby suffering so..i for one would do ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING i could to keep him alive.
He's just a young boy.. he's her baby...
