Single Mother with Stage Five Kidney Disease

My mom has been diagnosed with stage five kidney disease and has been struggling to support her two daughters. She works as a CNA in a nursing home where she is a high risk for COVID. My mother, Gertha, is the most hard working woman I’ve ever seen. Despite her having a failing kidney and being on dialysis, she continues to get up in the morning to go to work to care for her family despite her doctor’s recommendations because that is what a strong, hardworking mother does. Recently though, I could see her growing weaker and weaker everyday and her kidneys are getting worse. I’m in the process of trying to see if I can donate my kidney to my mother but while we’re still in search of a kidney donor, she needs to focus mainly on her health and not kill herself by working so much. Her life is in God’s hands and I pray everyday that God will grant her time on this earth to heal. I don’t want to see my mother go so soon when I know there is something I could do for her.
