Single mother in need of emergent back surgery

I am a single mother with four children, who has recently ruptured a herniated disc in my lower back. I have lost nerve function in my left leg and the ability to walk. I don't receive child support and although I have been working as much over time as possible, it is just not enough. Disability does not cover enough to pay my monthly bills either. Unfortunately I cannot hold off on surgery due to worsening nerve damage. It pains me to even ask for help like this but I have to put my pride aside and do what is best for my children and I. Anything would be much appreciated.
