Single mother emergency appeal.

Assalam alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakattu. My name is Chantelle. I have 2 disabled children which I am the sole caretaker of. I have medical conditions which have impacted my ability to work and perform most physical activities. I have a blood disorder and a partial bowel obstruction which has caused me to be unable to do most physical activities. Last summer my condition worsened and at the same time, I lost my child support (30% of my income). I fell behind on rent and utilities and am facing disconnects and possible eviction. I tried to drive for Lyft, however, due to the pain driving causes me, I am not able to do it often enough to be of any financial benefit. My hemotologist has informed me he knows a gastric cancer surgeon who might be able to operate on me and is contacting this doctor on my behalf. If I have surgery, I do anticipate a lengthy recovery period as these type of procedures usually take 3+months or so for healing. Inshallah. I am asking for assistance so that I am able to cover my expenses and make ends meet until I am able to recover and get a job. Jazak Allah kheir.
